Euramax (www.euramax.eu) is a premium coil coating company, of which its core process is the coating of mainly aluminum and galvanized steel coils. Euramax Coated Products has its HQ offices and a manufacturing plant in Roermond, the Netherlands. Furthermore it has a manufacturing plant in Corby, United Kingdom and 4 representative offices in Dubai, Shanghai and Hong Kong. Euramax Coated Products is a financially sound company with a turnover that reaches €160 million, which is achieved by 300 employees of which 2/3 is based in the Netherlands and 1/3 in the UK. In the next years, Euramax Coated Products plans to invest significantly in growing the organization. Euramax focuses on three markets worldwide:

• Architectural Products (roofs, facades and ceilings for project building)

Technical Service Manager

The Technical Service Manager works as a technical specialist to support internal and external customers with regards to products, B.V. for products, product composition, application options and the internal and external production processes to ensure that the external customer receives a delivered product meeting quality requirements related here to. The Technical Service Manager acts as the intermediary between external clients and internal departments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, follow up and handle complaints from and with customers & suppliers in order to deliver corrective and preventive measures. Take into account the commercial and strategic interests of the organization.
• Test and analyze the feasibility of new and existing systems for the client bij coordinating and developing process and product specifications.
• Follow up internal and external production development trials.
• Advise customers and the internal organization about the features of and the areas of applications for product and/or product combinations.
• Visit customers, suppliers, trade shows and knowledge institutes to acquire information about new developments in production processes/products and about strategic developments.
• Assess and analyse customer requirements and translate these into CPS and our ECP manufacturing program.

• Our company language is English, yet communication skills in Dutch and/or German are also highly appreciated.
