Your Tasks:

• You execute defined local brand trade marketing activities and ensure consistency with the overall brand strategy to contribute towards continued growth as well as a positive local customer relationship.
• You develop local trade marketing material in coherence with the brand strategy, together with the local sales team.
• You create local PR-initiatives together with the local sales team and external agencies.
• Additionally, you are responsible for giving marketing support to local customers (e.g. individual trade material).
• You support the project management of local initiatives and regional E-Commerce activities.
• You are responsible for developing merchandise activities in alignment with the Headquarter and support the development of concept solutions for strategic customers.
• Last but not least, you steer the local marketing budget.

Your Profile:

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or training in marketing, business administration or a related field.

Experience & Know-how:

• At least 1-2 years of marketing experience.
• First experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns, especially at POS.
• Strong understanding of trade dynamics and distribution channels.
• First experience with AI would be beneficial.

Personality: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with teams across different departments. Analytical and creative skills to evaluate trade marketing initiatives. Creativity and innovation skills to develop new trade marketing materials.

Working: Agile and flexible approach to work.

Languages: Fluent Dutch and English.
